Refund policy

At Fosca Cosmetics, your satisfaction means everything to us. And we hope you adore your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your product , we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 10 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email foscacosmetics@gmail.com  with your order number and reason & proof  for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide simple return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, so we can make it right immediately with a replacement or refund.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic items.
